Where is Adriana Degreas products produced?

Adriana Degreas products are all produced in Brazil. Everything is made with high quality and crafted with meticulous attention to detail.

Does Adriana Degreas have a physical shop?

No, we currently only have physical stores in Brazil.

Can I make changes to my order?

For any adjustments to your order, such as addressing inaccuracies or changing item sizes, please reach out to Customer Services promptly. We cannot assure modifications once your order is in progress. If your order has already undergone processing, Adriana Degreas is not liable for any inaccuracies in the provided details.

What Payment Types are accepted?

We accept the following payments: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club cards, Union Pay. Orders can also be placed via PayPal Express Checkout, Shopay & Shopay Instalments, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, you can contact us on Whatsapp directly over here, and request to stay in the loop of any updates on new arrivals or any other updates.

What is your Shipping Policy?

We provide complimentary shipping within the United States, covering mainland USA, Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories. For international orders, we utilize DHL's Worldwide Expedited Service. You can find out more about our shipping policies over here.

How can I check the status to my order?

Upon shipment, a distinctive tracking number will be sent to your designated email address, allowing you to monitor your order through the provided link.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

All prices and transactions on the US Online Store are in USD. If a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) destination is chosen, taxes and duties will be charged at checkout, based on your country’s regulations.

How are duties and taxes calculated?

Kindly be aware that the calculation of taxes is determined by the shipping address's state and county, in addition to the item price and classification on your order. In states with sales or use taxes, your acquisition may be subject to use tax unless it qualifies for a specific exemption. It's important to note that online purchases are not automatically exempt, and further information can be obtained from the website of your local tax authorities.

For international orders, local authorities establish duties, customs tariffs, and VAT, which are determined by both the country where the goods are made and their classification according to a system adopted by the local government. The charges will differ based on the product and the rates set by the local government.

Will I receive a refund on the duties and taxes I paid?

If you decide to return a product, please note that Adriana Degreas does not reimburse international prepaid duties and taxes. This applies to Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) orders for duties and taxes paid at the time of checkout, as well as Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) orders for duties and taxes paid during customs entry.

What is Adriana Degreas Return Policy?

Adriana Degreas aims for your complete satisfaction, if an item does meet your expectations, you are able to return it within 30 days of purchase.

For US orders, a prepaid return label will be provided upon emailing customer@adrianadegreas.com with your order number. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable, and initial shipping charges for returned goods will not be refunded.

For international orders, return labels are not provided, and customers are responsible for return costs.

Items purchased on sale or at a discount are considered final sale, and refunds or exchanges are not accepted, unless a manufacturing defect is identified within 30 days of receiving the item.

Can Returns be denied?

If any nonconformity, such as damage, alterations, signs of use, or missing original packaging, tags, labels, hygiene liners, etc., is detected in your returned or exchanged items, we reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges.

Can I exchange an item?

If the sizing or model of an item doesn't meet your preferences, please contact Customer Services, and we can explore exchange options for you. Keep in mind that exchanges must be requested within 15 days of the purchase date and the item must be unused and with the original tag.

The item I received is damage, what should I do?

How can I know if an item is back in stock?

If we do not have an item you want in stock, please get in touch with our Customer Services team and we will let you know if we are restocking the item, or will share any alternative options.

Subscribe to our newsletter for email updates, including special discount codes. To use these discounts, enter the code in the "Discount Code" section on the "Shopping Bag" page and click "Apply." Note: Some codes may require you to log in and may not apply to sale items. Only one code can be used per order. 

If you return a discounted order, you'll be refunded the amount paid; we won't re-issue a code for returned orders. All codes are valid for a specific time unless stated otherwise.
